 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5874

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 5874 on page 2,  by
 3    inserting after line 12 the following:
 4        "This  subsection  (b-6)  does not apply if the victim of
 5    the sex offense is 21 years of age or older.".
