 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5809

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 5809 as follows:

 3    on page 4, line 4, by deleting "(i)"; and

 4    on page 4, by replacing lines 7 and 8 with "lunch  program.";
 5    and

 6    on  page 4, line 15, after "entities." by inserting "Earnings
 7    attributable to moneys in the Fund shall  be  deposited  into
 8    the Fund."; and

 9    on  page  4,  line  16,  by  deleting  "of Central Management
10    Services".
