 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5715

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 5715 as follows:

 3    on page 15, by inserting below line 29 the following:
 4        "(e)  A court document evidence fee shall not be  charged
 5    to any unit of local government or school district unless the
 6    court orders another party to pay the fee on its behalf.".
