 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4948

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4948 on page 9,  by
 3    replacing line 31 with the following:
 4        "(l)  A  person  may  not  be  criminally charged with or
 5    convicted of both a  knowing  failure  to  comply  with  this
 6    Section  and  a  knowing failure to comply with any order, if
 7    both offenses involve the same record keeping violation.
 8        (m)  The Secretary shall adopt rules necessary for".
