 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4934

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4934 on page  1  by
 3    replacing lines 14 through 17 with the following:
 4    "the  premium  rates  for  the  policy, may not fail to offer
 5    premium reduction incentives for the policy, and may not drop
 6    an insured from coverage under the policy based, in whole  or
 7    in part, upon the fact that the insured is 65 years of age or
 8    older.".
