1 AN ACT in relation to gambling.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Pull Tabs and Jar Games Act is
5 amended by changing Section 7 as follows:
6 (230 ILCS 20/7) (from Ch. 120, par. 1057)
7 Sec. 7. Violations; fraud. Any person who violates this
8 Act, or any person who files a fraudulent return under this
9 Act, or any person who wilfully violates any rule or
10 regulation of the Department for the administration and
11 enforcement of this Act, or any officer or agent of a
12 corporation licensed under this Act who signs a fraudulent
13 return filed on behalf of that such corporation, is guilty of
14 a Class A misdemeanor.
