 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  4371  on  page  1,
 3    line   26,   by   changing  "insured"  to  "insured  and  the
 4    perpetrator of the loss is criminally prosecuted for the  act
 5    causing the loss or the claim has been paid".
