 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4364

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  4364  on  page  2,
 3    line  16,  after the period, by inserting "Beginning with the
 4    2003-2004 academic year, however, a recipient may not receive
 5    a grant under this Section for more than  4  semesters  or  6
 6    quarters of award payments.".
