 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4344

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4344,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    as follows:
 4    in  Section 5, Sec. 3-804.1, subsection (a), by replacing the
 5    second sentence with the following:
 6    "The application for registration must be accompanied  by  an
 7    affirmation  of the owner that the vehicle will be maintained
 8    for occasional transportation, exhibitions, club  activities,
 9    parades,  tours,  and  similar  uses and will not be used for
10    general daily transportation."; and

11    in Section 5, Sec. 3-804.2, subsection (a), by replacing  the
12    second sentence with the following:
13    "The  application  for registration must be accompanied by an
14    affirmation of the owner that the vehicle will be  maintained
15    for  occasional transportation, exhibitions, club activities,
16    parades, tours, and similar uses and will  not  be  used  for
17    general daily transportation.".
