 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4230

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4230 on page 1,  in
 3    line 9, by inserting after "grants" the following:

 4    "to organizations that are located in the State of Illinois".
