 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4117

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4117,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    in   Section   5,  Sec.  5,  in  the  caption,  by  replacing
 4    "Voluntarily initiated" with "Student"; and

 5    in Section 5, Sec. 5, the sentence beginning "In  order",  by
 6    replacing  "constitutional  principle  of freedom of religion
 7    and the Supreme Court rulings on the separation of church and
 8    State" with "Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses  of  the
 9    United States and Illinois Constitutions".
