 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4087

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4087 as follows:

 3    on page 2, lines 16 and 17,  by  replacing  "law  enforcement
 4    agency of the unit of local government" with "sheriff"; and

 5    on  page  4,  lines  15 and 16, by replacing "law enforcement
 6    agency of the unit of local government" with "sheriff".
