 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4074

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4074 as follows:
 3    on page 1, line 5, by inserting after "108B-1" the following:
 4    "and adding Section 108B-1.5"; and

 5    on  page  4,  by  inserting  between  lines  27  and  28  the
 6    following:

 7        "(725 ILCS 5/108B-1.5 new)
 8        Sec. 108B-1.5.  Retired law enforcement officer.  Nothing
 9    in  this Article authorizes a retired law enforcement officer
10    to display or use a firearm at any time.".
