 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4073 as follows:

 3    on page 1, line 5, by changing "17-2.1" to "32-5.2a"; and

 4    on page 1, line 6, by changing "(720 ILCS 5/17-2.1  new)"  to
 5    "(720 ILCS 5/32-5.2a new)"; and

 6    on  page  1,  line  7,  by  changing  "Sec.  17-2.1" to "Sec.
 7    32-5.2a"; and

 8    on page 1, line 8, by deleting "trades,".
