 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3812

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3812 on page  2  in
 3    line 30 by adding "either" immediately after "equal to"; and

 4    on page 2 by replacing line 32 with the following:

 5    "property  in  the  township,  or  100% of the highest amount
 6    levied for general assistance purposes in any  of  the  three
 7    previous fiscal years.".
