 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3538

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3538 on page 3,  by
 3    replacing line 5 with the following:
 4    "previous  calendar  year,  updated  to  the  midpoint of the
 5    rate"; and

 6    on page 3, line 6, by changing "year" to "year".
