 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3512

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3512,  by  deleting
 3    everything  after  the  enacting clause and inserting in lieu
 4    thereof the following:

 5        "Section 1.  The sum of $18,000,000, or so  much  thereof
 6    as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Sports
 7    Facilities  Fund  to the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority
 8    for its corporate purposes.

 9        Section 999.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect July
10    1, 2001.".
