 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3505

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3505,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 19, by inserting after line 6 the following:

 5        "Section 16b3.  The  sum  of  $700,000,000,  or  so  much
 6    thereof  as  may  be necessary, is appropriated from the Road
 7    Fund to the  Department  of  Transportation  for  preliminary
 8    engineering  and  construction engineering and contract costs
 9    of construction for the I-355 South extension between I-55 at
10    Bolingbrook and I-80 at New Lenox.".
