 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3470

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3470,  by  deleting
 3    everything  after  the  enacting clause and inserting in lieu
 4    thereof the following:

 5        "Section 5.  The amount of $356,370, or so much  of  that
 6    amount  as  may be necessary, is appropriated  to the Pension
 7    Laws Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

 8        Section 999.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect July
 9    1, 2001.".
