 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3292

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3292 on page 1,  by
 3    replacing lines 12 through 15 with the following:
 4    "Department,  of  $350,000 or more.  The Office of Appraisals
 5    shall be  staffed  by  10  or  more  professional  appraisers
 6    qualified  by  experience  and  education  as required by the
 7    Department."; and

 8    on page 1, line 19, by replacing "Such" with "The".
