 1        AN ACT concerning public utilities.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        (220 ILCS 5/9-216 rep.)
 5        Section  5.  The  Public  Utilities  Act  is  amended  by
 6    repealing Section 9-216.
