1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3247
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3247, AS AMENDED,
3 immediately after the end of Section 40 by inserting the
4 following:
5 "Section 45. Upon the payment of the sum of $380.00 to
6 the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set
7 forth in Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway
8 purposes acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is
9 released over and through the following described land in
10 Carroll County, Illinois:

12 A parcel of land in part of the West Half of the
13 Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 25 North, Range 4
14 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, County of Carroll,

17 on the North Line of the Southeast Quarter of said
18 Section 12, said line having a bearing of North 82
19 degrees 19 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 406.36
20 feet to a point in the Center Line of a public road
21 designated S.B.I. Route 40 (Illinois Route 78), said
