 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3147

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3147,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of  House
 4    Amendment  No.  1,  on page 25, in line 2, by inserting after
 5    "equipment" the following:
 6    ", to the extent the equipment is capable,"; and

 7    on page 38, in line 3, by  inserting  after  "equipment"  the
 8    following:
 9    ", to the extent the equipment is capable,".
