 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3137  on  page  2,
 3    line  5, after "breathing.", by inserting "The training shall
 4    be in accordance with standards of the  American  Red  Cross,
 5    the   American   Heart  Association,  or  another  nationally
 6    recognized certifying organization.".
