 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3129

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3129,  on  page  2,
 3    line 19, by deleting "and"; and

 4    on  page 2, line 21, by replacing "facility." with "facility;
 5    and"; and

 6    on page 2, below line 21, by inserting the following:
 7             "(4) a facility licensed under the Nursing Home Care
 8        Act.".
