 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3093  on  page  1,
 3    line 27, by replacing "a portion" with "$13"; and

 4    on page 1, line 28, by replacing "portion" with "$12"; and

 5    on page 1, by replacing lines 29 and 30 with the following:
 6    "Violence Prevention Fund.".
