 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3078

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3078 on page 3,  in
 3    line 3 by inserting after "but" the following:
 4    "only  as to the amount of funds expended or collected by the
 5    public body in settling threatened or actual litigation and";
 6    and

 7    on page 5, in line 24 by inserting after "but" the following:
 8    "only as to the amount of funds expended or collected by  the
 9    public body in settling threatened or actual litigation and".
