 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3073

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3073 as follows:

 3    on page 1, line 5, by replacing "Sections 15-101 and  15-113"
 4    with "Section 15-101"; and

 5    on  page 1, line 29, after "fines", by inserting "relative to
 6    size, weight, and load limitations"; and

 7    on page 2, by deleting lines 6 through 33; and

 8    by deleting page 3; and

 9    on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 3.
