 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3054

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3054  on  page  3,
 3    immediately below line 10, by inserting the following:
 4        "No  fee  imposed  under  this  Section  may  be assessed
 5    against an organization chartered by Congress that requests a
 6    certificate for the purpose of death verification.".
