 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3008

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3008,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of  House
 4    Amendment  No.  1,  on  page 10, line 14, by deleting "credit
 5    union organizations,"; and

 6    on page 10, line 16, by  changing  "participation  loans"  to
 7    "loans only"; and

 8    on page 10, line 30, by deleting "from any source"; and

 9    on page 10, line 32, by deleting "A credit"; and

10    on page 10 by deleting line 33.
