 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2994

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2994 on page 26  by
 3    replacing lines 8 through 34 with the following:
 4        "(d)  There  shall  be  no  liability on the part of, nor
 5    shall a cause of action  of  any  nature  arise  against,  an
 6    insurer,  the  authorized  representative  of  the insurer, a
 7    producer, the Director,  or  an  organization  of  which  the
 8    Director is a member for any information, documents, records,
 9    or statements provided pursuant to this Section."; and

10    by deleting all of page 27; and

11    on page 28 by deleting lines 1 through 28.
