1 AN ACT concerning videotaped confessions.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is amended by
5 adding Section 5-175 as follows:
6 (705 ILCS 405/5-175 new)
7 Sec. 5-175. Videotaped confessions.
8 Section 10. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by
9 adding Section 1-9 as follows:
10 (720 ILCS 5/1-9 new)
11 Sec. 1-9. Videotaped confessions.
12 Section 15. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is
13 amended by adding Section 103-10 as follows:
14 (725 ILCS 5/103-10 new)
15 Sec. 103-10. Videotaped confessions.
