 1        AN ACT concerning crime victims.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section   5.   The  Crime  Victims  Compensation  Act  is
 5    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (740 ILCS 45/1) (from Ch. 70, par. 71)
 7        Sec. 1.
 8        This Act shall be known and may be cited  as  the  "Crime
 9    Victims Compensation Act".
