1 AN ACT concerning hospital liens.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Hospital Lien Act is amended by changing
5 Section 4 as follows:
6 (770 ILCS 35/4) (from Ch. 82, par. 100)
7 Sec. 4. Should any hospital fail or refuse to give or
8 file a written statement in conformity with and as required
9 by Section 3 of this Act hereof after being so requested in
10 writing in conformity with Section 3 of this Act hereof, the
11 lien of such hospital shall immediately become null and void.
