 1        AN ACT in relation to the regulation of professions.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Illinois Physical Therapy Act is amended
 5    by changing Section 34 as follows:

 6        (225 ILCS 90/34) (from Ch. 111, par. 4284)
 7        Sec. 34.  Short title. This Act may be known and cited as
 8    the "Illinois Physical Therapy Act".
