 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2540

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2540  on  page  1,
 3    line 9, after "real estate", by inserting "in connection with
 4    a federally related transaction"; and

 5    on  page  17,  by replacing lines 31 and 32 with "appraiser's
 6    license  number  and   licensure   title.    All   appraisers
 7    providing"; and

 8    on page 21, line 9, by deleting "and pays for"; and

 9    on page 23, by deleting lines 22 through 32; and

10    on page 24, by deleting lines 1 and 2.
