 3    on page 1, line 1, by replacing "an East St. Louis"  with  "a
 4    southwestern Illinois"; and

 5    on  page  1,  line  6,  by  replacing  "East  St. Louis" with
 6    "Southwestern Illinois"; and

 7    on page 1, line  19,  by  replacing  "East  St.  Louis"  with
 8    "Southwestern Illinois"; and

 9    on  page  2,  line  13,  by  replacing  "East St. Louis" with
10    "Southwestern Illinois"; and

11    on page 2, line 15, by replacing "East St.  Louis,  Illinois"
12    with "St. Clair County"; and

13    on  page  2,  line  25,  by  replacing  "East St. Louis" with
14    "Southwestern Illinois".
