 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2432

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2432 as follows:
 3    on  page  8,  line  8,   before   "project",   by   inserting
 4    "multifamily rental housing"; and

 5    on   page   8,   line  13,  before  "project",  by  inserting
 6    "multifamily rental housing"; and

 7    on page 8, below line 14, by inserting the following:
 8        "(q)  "Multifamily  rental  housing"  means  any   rental
 9    project designed for mixed-income or low-income occupancy.".
