 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2382 on page 8,  by
 3    replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
 4        "Violation  of  this  Section  is  a business offense for
 5    which a fine not to exceed $2,500 may be imposed.".
