 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2237

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2237  on  page  1,
 3    line 28, by replacing "customers." with "customers.  However,
 4    if  an electric utility has conducted a net electrical energy
 5    metering pilot program for either its  residential  customers
 6    or its business customers, or both, and the pilot program was
 7    initiated before the effective date of this amendatory Act of
 8    the  92nd  General Assembly, the electric public utility need
 9    only file the report required under subsection (d).".
