 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2207

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2207,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    as follows:
 4    by  replacing  everything  after the enacting clause with the
 5    following:

 6        "Section 1.  This  Act  may  be  cited  as  the  Mortgage
 7    Certificate of Release Act.".
