2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2128 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 5. In addition to any other amounts
5 appropriated for the purpose of public safety, the following
6 amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are
