 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The amount of $3, or as much of  that  amount
 5    as   may  be  necessary,  is  appropriated  to  the  Historic
 6    Preservation Agency to study preservation issues.
