 3    line 5, by replacing "5-5, 5-8," with "5-8"; and

 4    on page 1, by deleting lines 6 through 31; and

 5    by deleting all of pages 2 through 9; and

 6    on page 10, by deleting lines 1 through 19; and

 7    on page 10, by deleting lines 32 and 33; and

 8    on page 11, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
 9    "The".
