 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1904

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1904,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment 1,
 4    as follows:

 5    on page 1, line 9, by replacing "amounts equal" with "amounts
 6    expected to be equal"; and

 7    on  page  1,  line 10, by replacing "$2,000" with  "$20,000";
 8    and

 9    on page 2, line 13, after  "procedures.",  by  inserting  the
10    following:
11    "Subcontractors' trust agreements are voluntary and supersede
12    any  prohibition  regarding  retainage that may be adopted by
13    any transportation agency.".
