 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1815

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1815,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 4,  on  page  14,  line  24,  after  "Constitution.",  by
 5    inserting  "However,  nothing  in  this  Act  shall limit the
 6    authority of the Office of  the  State  Fire  Marshal  and  a
 7    municipality  with  a  population  over 500,000 to enter into
 8    contracts pursuant to paragraph  (b)  of  subsection  (2)  of
 9    Section 2 of the Gasoline Storage Act.".
