 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1814

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1814,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of  House
 4    Amendment  No. 1, on page 9, by replacing lines 16 through 18
 5    with the following:
 6    "for any portion  that  is  offset.   The  Comptroller  shall
 7    provide  notice  as  provided  in  Section 10.05 of the State
 8    Comptroller Act.".
