1 AN ACT in relation to the regulation of professions.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987
5 is amended by changing Section 4 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 80/4) (from Ch. 111, par. 3904)
7 Sec. 4. Necessity of license. No person shall practice,
8 or attempt to practice, optometry, as defined in this Act,
9 without a valid license as an optometrist issued by the
10 Department.
