2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1273, with
3 reference to the page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 #1, as follows:
5 on page 2, in line 3, by inserting after "determined" the
6 following: "by the retailer"; and
7 on page 2, in line 12, by inserting "or" immediately before
8 "(iii)"; and
9 on page 2, in line 15, by replacing "located; and (iv) prior"
10 with "located. Prior"; and
11 on page 4, in line 22, by inserting immediately after
12 "taxable" the following: "services or"; and
13 on page 9, in line 8, by inserting after "determined" the
14 following: "by the retailer"; and
15 on page 9, in line 17, by inserting "or" immediately before
16 "(iii)"; and
17 on page 9, in line 20, by replacing "located; and (iv) prior"
18 with "located. Prior"; and
19 on page 11, in line 17, by inserting immediately after
20 "taxable" the following: "services or"; and
