1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1096
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1096, AS AMENDED,
3 as follows:
4 in Section 5, Sec. 13B-5, par. (5), after "laws", by
5 inserting "and rules"; and
6 in Section 5, Sec. 13B-20.30, before the sentence beginning
7 "An alternative", by inserting "A school district must
8 consider offering an alternative learning opportunities
9 program on-site in the regular school."; and
10 in Section 5, Sec. 13B-30.10, after "applicable", by
11 inserting "federal and"; and
12 in Section 5, Sec. 13B-60.15, the sentence beginning "A
13 student shall remain", before "returned", by inserting
14 "promptly"; and
15 in Section 5, Sec. 13B-60.20, the sentence beginning "Any
16 enrollment", by replacing "in accordance with" with "if
17 included in".
